Stephen Jones:

Stephen is Founder of Flexta, and is responsible for all commercial aspects of the business.

Stephen, who is based in the UK, has held various senior roles including: Chief Financial Officer (Coulomb Limited: $26m t/o Telecommunications and Software Development); Director, Implementation and Support (Medic-to-Medic: $10m t/o trading division of Informa PLC); Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (OAG: $300m t/o trading division of Reed Elsevier PLC); Business Director (OAG data: $150m t/o Media Group); and Owner of Stratigen Consulting and Accounting Jobs. 

Stephen holds an MSc with Distinction in Strategic Management Accounting (London Metropolitan), and an MA with Commendation in Marketing (UCE).  He is a CCAB qualified accountant; a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants; a Chartered Marketer; a Full Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing; and is also PRINCE2 certified in Project Management.

James Lane:

James is President of Lane and Associates, and is a senior business advisor to Flexta. 

James, who is based in the US, has advised on more than $1.5 billion in acquisitions, divestitures, turnarounds and corporate formations.  From 1986 to 2001, he was a senior executive at Harper’s, Links, JSA Publishing, Petersen, and Reed Elsevier.  James is a director of Retiree Services LLC and Airnalysis LLC, owns the Ascension Publishing website portfolio, and has authored 7 books including 'Anchoring America: The Changing Face of Network News'.  

James holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Washington.

Iván Melgrati

Iván is the lead developer of Flexta, and manages the external development team.

Iván, who is based in Argentina, has more than 10 years IT experience.  He worked as an IT project manager at the National Technological University (Santa Fe), where he also teaches computer programming.  More recently, he has become a successful freelancer, specializing in PHP-related projects, in particular, those related to XML and PDF generation. Iván holds a degree in Information Systems Analysis; is a member of the Specialist Engineers College; and speaks fluent Spanish and English. Currently, he is completing a degree in Information Systems Engineering.

Priya Jandial

Priya is involved in the marketing, product management, and business planning functions of Flexta.

Priya, who is based in India, has held various analytical roles with companies such as Oracle and HDFC bank.

Priya holds a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) and an MBA, both of which are from DAVV University (Bangalore, India).
